Mailspring for iOS or Android?

When will Mailspring be available for iOS and/or Android?

The Mailspring client is built on Electron and designed to be cross-platform. It’s written in JavaScript, so it’s easy to run on Mac, Windows and Linux. However, this set of technologies doesn’t translate easily to mobile. Mailspring for iOS or Android would need to be an entirely separate companion product designed for those operating systems and form factors.

We may ship Mailspring for iOS and Android in the future, but we’re currently focused on shipping a best-in-class desktop product.

I know this is old but why not a web based version of Mailspring that is responsive?

Bummer. This is a deal breaker for me. I should have researched this prior to downloading and spending hours adding accounts and tweaking settings and blah blah blah. I’m sure there are other platforms that don’t have mobile apps but I haven’t run across one until now and just assumed.
