We have been meaning to cancel our subscription with Mailspring Pro and on 20/09/24 the payment was taken from our bank account.
We sent an email to support@foundry376.com, support@getmailspring.com, and sales@foundry376.com. However, we still have not received a response since 20/09/24
We do not intend to use this and request a full refund. This is within the 14 days for a refund.
The customer support for Mailspring is non-existent and we’re keen to leave as soon as possible.
