Still getting charged 6 months after cancelling my pro subscription - who must I reach out to?


I’m still getting charged months after my subscription was cancelled, and after reaching out to service multiple times. I never got a response.

Who should I talk to?

Hello - My problem is the same as yours regarding who to contact. I am currently and have been paying for Pro service, but not getting any Pro features. They keep taking my money every month. Did you learn who to contact by chance?

I had to report the transaction as fraudulent to my bank.
I never found anyone to talk to - in this forum or on Mailspring’s github, or reaching out via email…
