Unable to install on macOS Sequoia 15.0 on Apple M1 Pro. Help Needed

Hello

Shortly after I click Install on https://www.getmailspring.com, without choosing macOS Silicon, a zip file downloads. I am able to upzip it and see the mainspring icon. Double clicking it, immediately a error message pop up says the app is damaged and I recommends I trash it - which I do.

I did all those steps 3 times thinking that issue was on my end. Same issue each time.

What am I to do?

Thanks for the report. This should be resolved now. See: "Mailspring is damaged and can't be opened" error on M3 Macbook - #11 by bengotow

The problem is related to Mac OS
In order to solve that problem there is a command that must be executed.
sudo xattr -rd com.apple.quarantine /Applications/XXXXX

Where XXXXX is the name of the application, in this MailSpring.app
