There are a couple of requests that get at (I think) composing in plain-text:
I am primarily interested in reading mail in plain text. I don’t have any particular disability but I’m sure there’s an accessibility argument for this as well, but I very strongly prefer to read all my messages in the same font at the same size and would take any path that lets me override someone’s custom fonts or CSS.
