wrong time label in UI

To Reproduce…

receive an email / or have a draft email at 12pm-1pm

Expected Behavior

12 pm is displayed

Thanks for pointing this out, it seems that hour12 wasn’t the right option, as this resets to 0 on every 11th hour (which seems incorrect to me). Identified a remedy and working on a fix
