I am new here. Do I need 365? I own the expired MS Office Home and Student 2019 updated.

For Mailspring? No you don’t need Microsoft/Office 365 nor will having a out of date copy of MS Office Home and Student 2019 matter. Side note is Office 2019 will continue to work, its just Microsoft will not support it and provide patches for any discovered vulnerabilities in the office suite.
