Able to turn off Blue Activity View Notification

The Problem

The blue notification is very jarring for me. As someone with attention problems I need a minimal notification interface.

Proposed Solution

I would like to be able to turn off the activity view notification completely. The button can still be there (next to compose), but I just don’t need the blue highlight nor the badge count.

This can be a settings option in the GENERAL → READING panel.

Alternative Solutions

I would like to at least a setting to make it NOT blue or obvious. I want to check activity view on my own terms.

Context

I think I have undiagnosed ADHD.
