Accented charaters diappear after adding

Description

Accented characters disappear when adding the next character.

To Reproduce…

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Write a word with an accented character
  2. Write the next character
  3. The previously added accented character diappears

Expected Behavior

Accented characters should remain.

Setup

  • OS and Version: elementary OS 7.1 Horus - Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS
  • Installation Method: snapcraft (flatpak has the same issue though)
  • Mailspring Version: 1.13.1
