I see somewhere that contacts can be access by clicking “Window > contacts” from a menu bar.
But my mailspring app for windows does not show any kind of menu bar to locate “window.”
Can someone please direct me or send screen show on how to access my contacts on the Mailspring app.?

On Windows the menu bar is hidden behind a button — look in the top-right corner of the main window for the icon with three horizontal lines. Click it and you’ll get the full menu, including Window > Contacts, which opens the address book. (Screenshot of the button on this page: How do I open the main menu? — Mailspring Documentation)
There’s a second route if you prefer: Preferences > Accounts, select an account, and click Manage Contacts under Account Settings.
