Hi! This error (AADSTS90023: Cross-origin token redemption) was a known issue in Mailspring 1.17.0 and 1.17.1. It was caused by an Origin header being sent during the OAuth token exchange with Microsoft’s servers, which made Microsoft reject the request.

This was fixed in Mailspring 1.17.2 (released January 24, 2026) via PR #2579. Updating to 1.17.2 or later (the latest is 1.17.3) should resolve this issue.
