Alt should open Rich text editor mode when using text-mode by default

Description

When disabling the advanced text editor by default (i.e. using text mode) it’s not possible to temporary use the advanced editor

To Reproduce…

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. From settings → general
  2. Disable the option [ ] Enable rich text editor and advanced features
  3. On the email view, hit Alt + Click to reply or compose a new email

Expected Behavior

The email should be composed using the advanced text editor.
