When I respond to an e-mail that has an attachment, then I can’t see the attachment anymore, because it is put in a thread style. This is a huge bug. Now I can’t get to important attachments, like important documents that have been sent, when I forget to download them immediately. I also see no way to turn off the thread way of showing my mail. Please fix this asap.
Hi there @Invisi-bi. They’re not gone — when a message with attachments collapses into the thread view, we still show a small paperclip icon on that collapsed row specifically so you know they’re there. Click that row (or the paperclip) to expand the message, and the full attachment list with downloads shows up. There’s no setting to fully turn off threaded/collapsed view today, but expanding the specific message gets you straight to the file every time.
