Can we get the ability to sort folders via drag/drop into a different order?

The Problem

I do not have the ability to move folders up or down in the left sidebar, so I end up scrolling for my most used folders,

Proposed Solution

Allow users to drag/drop folders into a different order or bookmark important folders near the top.
