Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. login QQ email
  2. See the error: Chinese email subject is displayed abnormally

I added qq.com as the one account, and the email title doesn’t work well.

I am using arch linux as the OS, and Chinese as the locale.

Unfortunately, although both reports say the subject is “wrong”, it doesn’t really explain how. Neither I nor Ben read Chinese, so someone is going to have to spell out what’s wrong before this can be diagnosed and fixed.

Previously, the email title doesn’t work, but the content works well. Because of this reason, i have removed the software, and i reinstalled the software for testing purpose, and it works well today.

If you like, you can check the encoding of the email subject, and also the email body.

From my point of view, you can close the ticket now.
