Clicking on Email Notification Fails to Open Email in Mailspring on Windows

Issue

On Windows, when a new email notification appears and is clicked, the expected behavior is for Mailspring to open and display the corresponding email. However, currently clicking the notification does nothing other than dismissing the notification.

This is honestly one of the very few cons about this app. Would be happy to go premium if this is solved.

This expectedly occurs for Windows 10 as well (22H2).

Supposedly, notifications should also focus Mailspring when it is already opened, which doesn’t work either.
