Any way to fix this basic issue?
I was having the same issue and finally figured it out. In my case this was not a Mailspring issue. I have multiple accounts within Mailspring and I also had multiple “send from” accounts in my main Gmail account. Either having these accounts listed as “send from” accounts or potentially having the “treat as an alias” option enabled in Gmail caused this “double send” issue.
