I have used Mailspring since December. I have been quite happy with it.
Last Friday, my mailbox had this message: “Encountered an error while syncing. Try Again.”
I have tried again and again.
I use Windows 10. I went to Settings, Preferences, and checked my settings for the Mailspring account.
All are correct.
My mail is available on my server, but not reaching my desktop.
Any suggestions?

Do you mean Settings in Mailspring or in Windows 10?
For Mailspring, I located a Subscriptions folder and it indicated no problem. I have Mailspring Basic.

Even though your Mailspring Pro account seems to be working, I wonder if this is having trouble accessing the password stored on the system. Let’s try resetting Mailspring, if you don’t mind.
Quit Mailspring and delete its data in C:\Users\<You>\AppData\Roaming\Mailspring . Then, re-launch Mailspring and sign in to your Mailspring ID and email account again.
