Fail and errror generated on adding account using SMTP/IMAP screen

Description

Fails to connect to new account. Account is with Roundcube Webmail, hosted by Internet Lightspeed Communications, i.e. lightspeed.ca. Lightspeed is an ISP serving Western Canada.
