Fastmail sync

I installed Mailsrping Pro, connected to Fastmail, about a month ago and it worked fine on 2 laptops & 1 desktop. Then I got the sync error issues that so many others report. I’ve disconnected Fastmail, reconnected, generated new Fastmail password every time, deleted all Fastmail integrations, and done all the reconnecting thing again. Multiple times. But it still does not connect. On laptops I get the error that password is incorrect. On desktop I get confirmation that Fastmail is connected. But nothing syncs, I cannot send or receive mail & I get the yellow ;trying to sync’ box.
Are there any humans from Mailspring who actually fix these issues? I can’t even find a link to cancel my subscription.
