Folders Not Scanning

Problem

I have 25 folders in one of my Outlook.com email accounts, but the same 4 folders never scan. This includes the INBOX. It just says Scanning and a percentage which it never goes up. Other Outlook.com accounts I have added to Mailspring all sync fine with no issues.
