- Help. Your latest update self deleting. It did not work, mailspring vanished from my win 8.1 machine.
I removed its dud folder and tried an earlier version. Now running version 1.11.0 which updated itself to 1.12.0 I turned off updates meanwhile.
But this instance seems broken without full functionality. Not syncing without exit and reboot. Can’t initiate a message sometimes only continue threads maybe, its very erratic and unstable.
So until you have a fix for the Pro failures which must have broke the subscription, there is no point subscribing for a service I am not getting.
Can I get some support!? Once I have fixes and a functional version I will fix the subscription.
I am not the only one with this issue in the wild.
(Looking at substitutes meanwhile, Mailspring Libre etc)

- Your support email sends subscriptions reminders but there is no one at the other end seemingly.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Try updating to 1.14.0 on a win 8.1 machine
Expected Behavior
I expect it to work as I had a pro subscription.
I expect devs to test an update in all instances b4 rolling it out lol.

OEM installed but also repair installed one time
Mailspring 1.14.0 failed
Running a half functional 1.12.0 in its stead.
Additional Context
A reply with a fix would be nice as i was a pro user till it broke.
