How do I connect my university office365 email

I get this error when connecting to my email.
Authentication Error - Check your username and password. (SMTP)
The university suggests these settings for other email clients Connect your devices - The University of Nottingham but I don’t know how to use an 0auth2 token for this.

How did you try adding the account? Using the Office365 button or the IMAP/SMTP. I’d hope that the former would work as the account is based on office365 servers/exchange and the application is set up to create the necessary OAuth tokens

I tried using the Office365 button but got the error mentioned in the first post

That doesn’t work for me, unfortunately. I’ll have to try a few other methods
