I have an active subscription, but I’m unable to add my email accounts.
I successfully added one account (XX@outlook.com), but when I try to add an email account from our own domain, it fails.
I’ve attached screenshots of every step I took — all settings are 100% correct, and the same configuration works in other mail clients. I’ve also included the error report.
What could be the problem? I would really appreciate any help. I like the program and would prefer not to switch to something else.

Hi, if you were experiencing this issue on version 1.17.2, it may be related to the SMTP authentication bug that was present in that release (missing SASL libraries caused account setup validation to fail). Mailspring 1.17.3 (released Jan 31) fixes this. Please update and try adding your accounts again. If the issue persists after updating, please share any connection logs included in the error screen and I’ll help investigate further!
