Problem
Syncing issue after some days. “Account State: sync_error” in the error log.
This happens only on Windows PCs. On Mac I have the same accounts added and there is no syncing problem.
Context
The issue just happens after some days of account modification. I manage the account and add the password again and everything works perfect. But after some days, there is the issue again. ONLY on Windows PCs.
Email Provider
All accounts are IMAP, using port 143 for incoming, 587 for sending. StartSSL on both.
Address for incoming and outgoing is mail.company.gr
The accounts are similar to:
name1@company.gr
name2@company.gr
name3@company.gr
Setup

Again, on MacOS13 and Mailspring Version 1.10.5 (1.10.5) there are no syncing issues.
