I somewhat remember that there is a feature to sync contacts from Google (which has never worked for me).
Would anyone point to the right web page in Docs because I have not found it. I want to give it another try.

Mailspring automatically syncs Google Contacts when you add a Gmail account — no manual import needed. Contacts appear in autocomplete when composing. If they’re missing, try Preferences > General > Reset Cache to force a contacts re-sync.
