Issues with email sync while PC is off or on sleep

Problem

Whenever I turn my PC off (say overnight) then turn on in the morning, emails received during the night wont sync to my mailspring. I need to “Rebuild cache” every time to force the mail to resync.

Context

Happens everyday if PC is turned off.

Email Provider

Dreamhost.
