Hi Team! I have issues with the link tracking feature.
It’s a feature that I’m paying for but getting zero return on.
When I activate the “Link Tracking“ feature, it’s a gamble whether or not it’ll work. As you can see in the screenshot below. It is working on some of the links, but oon other it’s completely missing.
When it detects my link, it works perfectly, but it seems like it doesn’t always detect links.
I love using the “Turn text into URL” feature and then pasting in my link. It is more professional than just a raw link. But I think the problem is with that feature. It’s as if it hides it from the “Link Tracking“. Maybe not, I’m not sure.
But it’s like a slot machine, it works and then not.
Expected Behavior
I’m supposed to see the link tracking option on every single link added in the email, not just 1 or 2.
Currently, it’s unreliable.
