Lost MailspringID

I paid for Mailspring. My email address is/was my MailspringID. I had to reinstall my system and now I have reinstalled Mailspring but my MailspringID has vanished. I paid for the annual license which, although a fair price, I’m reluctant to pay (again) and have something like this happen again.

I’ve submitted a ticket, but of course, no response. Very upset about that.

Is there anyone in the community that can help? I can only assume that members of Mailspring themselves have access to those who paid…?
