However, there does not appear to be a corresponding 1.24.0 release on the GitHub Releases page:

At the moment, 1.23.0 is still the latest published GitHub release, and there are no 1.24.0 installers/packages available there.
It looks like the changelog was updated for 1.24.0, but the actual release may not have been published yet.
Could you confirm whether 1.24.0 is intentionally not released yet, or whether the release/package publishing step was missed?
