Mailspring freezes after saving image from email

Mac 11.0.1, Mailspring 1.9.1

When I receive an email with multiple images attached, after right clicking and saving the first image, Mailspring freezes and whilst it saves the first image, it does not allow me to perform any additional functionality such as saving the second image. It requires me to restart Mailspring, in which I can then save the subsequent images (and I can then save more than one without Mailspring freezing).

Also, seems that saving emails as PDFs don’t work at all, although they used to on a previous version of Mailspring. Very frustrating.
