Managing confirmation and login emails without triggering spam filters

We at CarAnalytics are sending a mix of vehicle checkconfirmation emails and recently we are sending login/security emails for our new CA trade platform. As a brand CarAnalytics has been recognized and doen’t get into spam folder. But since CA Trade is a new brand our login mails are getting into Spam folders which we are trying to figure out.
Is there a way to make sure the mails are not sent to spam folders?
