The Problem
It would be nice to be able to mark all messages in a folder as read with one or two clicks, rather than having to mark them all individually.
Proposed Solution
The ability to right-click a folder and select “Mark all as read”
Alternative Solutions
There’s a few workarounds, such as Ctrl+A (although this will only select the first 50, not all messages, or creating a mail rule. However, these are not really practical.
On Gmail shortcuts, one can press * + u, and then Shift+I. (Solution by jerinpetergeorge.)
Context
Thunderbird and Evolution both already offer this feature.
