[Message Clipped - Show All] has a problem with encoding

Description

For an email written in simplified Chinese, everything is normal in the main window. However, for a long email, there is a [Message Clipped - Show All] button at the bottom, and this button opens a new window that cannot display the content correctly. I think it is an encoding problem.

To Reproduce…

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to a long email;
  2. Click on [Message Clipped - Show All] at the bottom;
  3. A new window comes up;
  4. The email displayed in the new window is totally a mess;
