Move message ('change folder') across different accounts

As a user I’d love to be able to use the shortcuts to move messages between accounts.

Sample setup:

  • IMAP account Gmail
  • IMAP account Yahoo
  • new email arrives in Gmail account

I’d love to use the ‘change folder’ shortcut (‘v’ when using Gmail shortcuts) to move a new mail from the Gmail account to the Yahoo account.

Currently the change folder shortcut only brings up the folders from the Gmail account (i.e. the one the message is currently on).

I agree. I use Gmail and Surgemail installed locally to keep all my emails (50K or so).

Is there any progress on this request ?
