New folders created on outlook.com do not appear in Mailspring

Problem

  1. Create a folder on web interface on outlook.com “foo”
  2. Setup sync in Mailspring (F5)
  3. “foo” folder never appear in mailspring, cannot move messages or refresh new emails in this subfolder
