I use server-side filtering to move mails from my INBOX folder into various sub-folders of INBOX. When a new mail is received into one of the subfolders, it does not show up in MailSpring.
Context
This is an IMAP account with all new mail arriving into either the INBOX folder, or a specific subfolder of INBOX.
i have same issue with ZOHO IMAP servers after the upgrade to 13.2.1
gmail accounts works fine though
if no solution, ill move to outlook.
the issue is so annoying
Hi, I know this is probably a bit like necromancy for this thread, but I’m really struggling with this issue as well.
I’ve been frustrated with the performance and/or appearance of other mail clients, and initially, I was happy with Mailspring. However, this issue has pushed me back to using Thunderbird.
I can’t understand how this has been ignored for over four years (I found references to this issue on the previous developer board too). This is especially surprising given the existence of a premium/enterprise/professional subscription.
In my experience, all professional colleagues rely on server-side filters once they start receiving more than a few emails per day
