New mail in IMAP folders other than INBOX does not sync

Problem

I use server-side filtering to move mails from my INBOX folder into various sub-folders of INBOX. When a new mail is received into one of the subfolders, it does not show up in MailSpring.

Context

This is an IMAP account with all new mail arriving into either the INBOX folder, or a specific subfolder of INBOX.

Email Provider

Self-hosted mailcow

Setup

  • OS and Version: macOS 13.2.1 (22D68)
    • Installation Method: Installer
  • Mailspring Version: 1.10.8

i have same issue with ZOHO IMAP servers after the upgrade to 13.2.1
gmail accounts works fine though
if no solution, ill move to outlook.
the issue is so annoying

Try this issue is infuriating. These people simply don’t care. How can they not have folders sync. This software is not functional.
