When I scroll down to the bottom, a part of the message and the scroll bar are hidden. I tried by changing theme but issue still occurs.

I’ve been having similar experiences. First time opening the email, part of the email is not shown but once I close the email and open it again, all content is shown.
OS and Version: Fedora 36
Installation Method: flatpak
Mailspring Version: 1.9.2@jpalko so it seems you’re experiencing this behavior when you’re opening the email in a new window right?
In my case, It’s different as I get the issue when I select an email and it’s showing in the preview window, even if I close and reopen the application.
