I have a situation where my account is showing read receipts from previously sent emails that show the recipient is opening an email at that exact same time every day. I know this is impossible. The read receipts are coming through at 11:03AM every day and then I have also noticed multiple openings during the middle of the night… again this seems quite strange and inaccurate. Does anyone know why this could be happening?
