The Problem
There have been too many times where the id server is down which makes it almost impossible to setup Mailspring up on a new system.
Proposed Solution
Remove requirement for upfront Mailspring account sign-in, so that we can start the setup process. Have that be something that is created after the fact.
Alternative Solutions
Have it determine that if the id server is down, that it allows you to continue and then checks later and prompts you.
Context
The id server and upfront requirement is a pain point. For one, main in the privacy side hate the requirement. It should be optional in the first place. However, it is concerning that one day the service may be down for good and it will cause larger problems. This should be an option piece anyways, but if nothing else please remove the upfront requirement.
