Bizzare reply all setup. No single arrow/double arrow for single reply or reply all. It has to be changed in setup. Reply all is selected in my setting. Did a test with several email address I have and it worked, but today I did a group email reply and it only went to the first person. Seems to be a difference is the original email had multiple people listed or it one person and lots of CC.

Hmm thanks for reporting this - you can choose between reply/reply-all quickly using the dropdown options to the right of the button. In my case the default is “reply-all” and by clicking into the dropdown i can do “reply” instead.
Also worth knowing: Reply All only ever includes the visible To/Cc recipients — anyone BCC’d is invisible to every mail client, not just Mailspring. Next time this happens, checking the original message’s To/Cc list via “Show Original” would help pin down which of these you’re hitting.
