Scrollbar on empty animations

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Get an empty mailbox

Expected Behavior

The empty list animation should not have any scrollbars.

Setup

  • OS and Version: Ubuntu 26.04.1 LTS (Resolute Raccoon) x86_64
  • Installation Method: Flatpak
  • Mailspring Version: 1.23.0-5b371811
