Sending later instead of now and getting stuck there

Description

Under linux (and linux under chrome as well), from time to time, hitting send results in a scheduled send instead (“sending email in a few seconds”). That scheduled send never happens. Cancelling the scheduled send, one recuperates an older version of the message, not the message as it was went sent was hit. And it is essentially impossible to do anything with the message from that point on except by shutting down Mailspring completely and restarting it.

I only have a ms365 professional account set up.

To Reproduce…

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Attempt to send an email.
  2. Randomly: happens or not.

One remark: I have a 5 seconds “undo after send” set in the general options.

Expected Behavior

That the email is sent
