Still getting charged for pro subscription, one year after cancelling it

Hello,
I’ve closed my subscription to pro service last august. I don’t know what to do to get the charges to stop on my credit card. I’m still getting monthly charges, even though I’m on mailspring basic.

Please, what must I do to downgrade my account ? :sob:

Hey @AntoineBalain - it looks (to me) the best way to attempt to deal with this would be the following:

  1. Download Mailspring.
  2. Login with your Mailspring ID.
  3. Click the Subscription Box
  4. Click on Account Details in the Subscription Screen
  5. In the Mailspring Dashboard click the “Delete All Data…” button

    Then click the Delete Mailspring ID Button

I understand that you may have already cancelled your Mailspring Pro. This is just what I found looking at your issue.
