I’ve closed my subscription to pro service last august. I don’t know what to do to get the charges to stop on my credit card. I’m still getting monthly charges, even though I’m on mailspring basic.
Please, what must I do to downgrade my account ? …
Hey @AntoineBalain - it looks (to me) the best way to attempt to deal with this would be the following:
- Download Mailspring.
- Login with your Mailspring ID.
- Click the Subscription Box
- Click on Account Details in the Subscription Screen
- In the Mailspring Dashboard click the “Delete All Data…” button
Then click the Delete Mailspring ID Button
I understand that you may have already cancelled your Mailspring Pro. This is just what I found looking at your issue.
