Syncing Error

Sync Issues

I have no idea why, but every time I reboot, I get a sync error. It’s resolved if I log in again, but I’m not gonna log in every time I want to use the client. It’s worth noting that the sync issue is occurring on both of my accounts and isn’t an issue specific to one email format.
I think the solution might have something to do with Mailspring ID, but I’ve tried setting it up multiple times before without any improvements.

Me too…

Mailspring Version: 1.13.3-9a7e1a78
Platform: linux

But not only gmail, I have 7 accounts manged by Mailspring and they were properly working until yesterday evening. This morning I noticed the sync issue similar to the log reported above by “Deluca”.

For instance with Yandex mail account, and an aruba certified service:

After opening Mailspring it tries to sync local folders via IMAP but something go wrong.
The red Info box on bottom right appears and says:

Several of your accounts are having issues

If I try “Check Again” button nothing changes, so by cliccking “Manage” button I noticed all accounts are in a “red status”.

The info box on the right says:

Mailspring encountered errors syncing this account. Crash reports have been sent to the Mailspring team and we’ll work to fix these errors in the next release.

“Rconnect” button doesn’t add any progress…
If I press “Error Details” button, it reports a log, but these records are referred to last night:

As you can see time is “01:18”, but I’ve just tried to sync, and it’s 12:00 now (on GTM+1, actually CEST UTC+2 due to summer time).
So that log is not referred to my last sync… indeed it doesn’t contain any ERROR message except for the header I reported above “Account State: sync_error”.

The questions:

  • how to solve?
  • what this issue could be caused by?
