Any updates?? info?? This is my main email so it’s important, BlueMail is good and has the translate feature I need but don’t want to go away from opensource for now. So I am going to give it a little time to see if there is a solution for this. Hopefully there is a way to get this fix for all users soon.
This error means the Microsoft account doesn’t have an active Exchange mailbox provisioned, or IMAP access isn’t enabled. Things to check:
Personal accounts (@outlook.com, @hotmail.com): Log into outlook.live.com > Settings > View all Outlook settings > Mail > Sync email > enable “Let devices and apps use IMAP”
New accounts: A brand-new Microsoft account sometimes needs to be logged into Outlook on the web once before the mailbox is provisioned
Work/school accounts: Your IT admin needs to enable IMAP access in the Exchange admin center
If none of those apply, try removing and re-adding the account, or use manual IMAP setup with imap-mail.outlook.com (personal) or outlook.office365.com (work).
