how to transfer settings and rules between applications on multiple PCs?

Mailspring’s settings and rules are stored in:

  • Linux/macOS: ~/.config/Mailspring/
  • Windows: %AppData%\Mailspring\

Copy that folder to the same location on the new machine (with Mailspring closed on both). Account credentials are stored in the system keychain, not in these files — you’ll need to re-enter passwords on the new machine, but all rules, templates, and preferences will carry over.
