Unable to install RPM to Fedora 40

Fresh Fedora 40 KDE Plasma 6 Wayland installation.
Downloaded latest Mailspring package from official website.

Executing:

sudo dnf install ./mailspring-1.13.3-0.1.x86_64.rpm

Getting:

You can try to add to command line:
  --no-best to not limit the transaction to the best candidates

We have installed it on several Fedora systems, including 40 and 41.

Have you tried the --no-best when installing it? I will say that we have not tried installing it through the command line, but it should work the same.
