Unable to keep connection on a Gmail account after password changing

Hello everyone,

Since I changed the password of one of my Gmail account, Mailspring always require a re-authorization at every start. I re-authorize it and it works, but still, it asks me again at the start of the computer.

Am I missing something to definitely authorize the new pair of account/password?

I’m using Mailspring on Windows 10.

I am pulling my hair out with this issue - have to authorize re-authentication from a browser multiple times daily. Mailspring settings have no place to enter passwords/authentication outside of bouncing me to a browser - I have NEVER seen a mail client that does not save authentication settings! I’d be delighted to try a beta version of the app.

Probably because I’m using a VPN? But I was running VPN before the password change, without this problem.
