Hello all!
Me, as well as my colleagues have been facing the following issue:
Upon receiving a new email (whole new correspondence), emails show up as unread.
If it is a new mail in an existing correspondence, it is automatically marked as read.
We’ve been trying to troubleshoot this for about 2 months now with no luck. Exact same issue on both windows 10 and 11 systems.
The only person that doesn’t face this issue runs on windows 11 as well, but he uses multiple accounts within the same client.
Any ideas? Thank you all in advance!
